Processing Time: All orders Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hours and sent within 2 business days, subject to receiving payment and the product being in stock. If there is a delay with your order, such as your product is out of stock, you will be sent an email advising you when you will receive your goods. We do not process orders on the weekend.

Delivery: We use Australia Post to deliver your products safely. Delivery of goods will usually take between 1 to 8 working days. The time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to. Please provide accurate address details when placing your order. We take great pride in ensuring that your products are wrapped securely and packaged safely. Goods can only be delivered to their destination when both the delivery fee and product costs have been paid in full. If you have any delivery instructions, please put these in the comments section when checking out. Please note that if you choose to give authority for your goods to be left, Integral Health Services cannot be responsible for these goods. We will endeavour to help track your goods the best we can.

If your package arrives and you are not home, the postal service will leave a card for you advising you to pick up the package from your local Post Office. Please be aware that with any method of delivery, unexpected circumstances may occur and are not the responsibility of Integral Health Services

Terms of Sale: These terms of sale are an agreement between you the purchaser, and Integral Health Services, to purchase the items in your order. Please read the agreement carefully. By submitting your order (1) you agree to all of the terms of this agreement, (2) you are consenting to enter into this agreement in electronic form, and (3) your click shall constitute your electronic signature accepting this agreement. If you do not wish to accept this agreement, you should not order products through our website.

Transaction Security: When you click the Checkout button your web browser will display a secure (SSL) payment page for the type of transaction that you’ve selected (Paypal). You will notice that the connection during the payment transaction is secure, with the browser indicating the type of connection, typically displaying the padlock symbol in the status bar and showing “https://” at the beginning of the page address in the address bar.

Refund Policy: Under all circumstances, withdrawals must be made in writing.

  • Refunds will be made in the event that a product is no longer available.
  • In common with other educational institutions, fees are non-refundable and non transferable unless a course is cancelled by Integral Health Services.
  • Any claims for refunds on products damaged in transit via mail are to be addressed with Australia Post.
  • In the event that a student fails to attend their scheduled course, no refund will be given of course fees or materials.

Course enrollment information: Courses and products offered by HLS are for education purposes only. Sole responsibility is taken by the purchaser, student or trainer for any action taken.

By purchasing or enrolling in a course, students agree to be bound by the Enrollment Terms and Conditions and Policies.  After payment has been received for products and online courses all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Choose your courses carefully as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances or work commitments which occur after you have purchased an online or e-learning distance course.

Neither the HLS course and product developer, instructors nor its director take responsibility under any circumstances for any claims, damages or otherwise taken or made by its students whether before, during or after study, even while using formats or concepts learned or derived from the study courses or products.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to keeping secure the information you provide to us, and we will take all reasonable precaution to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. All information collected is necessary for the conduct of our business as an educational institution. The information collected on enrollment forms or member login is for the purposes of processing your enrollment or purchase, creating and maintaining records, keeping you informed of upcoming events and assisting us in improving our service to you
